[SMCARA] Club President

In the past I have had the privilege of serving as president of this club.  I would be willing to serve again, but will not self-nominate.  However, if someone nominates me, I would accept.
During my tenure as president, we completely rewrote the club constitution and bylaws  (which hadn't been done for over 20 years).   We started the weekly Tuesday night net, we purchased and installed the tri-band beam at the museum station.  We had several weekend take-away seminars/work projects.  We brought in multiple speakers for our meetings, and had a really successful Field Day, actually sending in a log for the first time in many years.   I started teaching classes for techs and generals about a year before becoming president, and encouraged Dan and company to continue when I became president. 
I was always open to suggestions for club activities,  but my standard response to those suggestions was, "What can I do to support you, and what do you need from the club?"
As president,  I would start up the classes again, invite speakers to the club meetings, sponsor weekend seminars (how to solder, etc.), and always be open to suggestions.
