The Field Day  amateur radio exam sessions will be a during Field Day Saturday,  June 25, 2016. I hope to be using the small Bingo Hall office for the exams. !!!!!!!!!!Please RSVP!!!!! space is limited. I plan on adjusting the time depending on demand and prior obligation.
What is the schedule for Field Day? Will I have enough VE's not tied up into Field Day duties to proctor an exam?

NOTE: YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. IF YOU ARE HESITANT TO GIVE THAT OUT, APPLY FOR A FCC REGISTRATION NUMBER ON THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION  WEBSITE. https://apps.fcc.gov/coresWeb/publicHome.do FOR THE CURRENT HAMS, YOUR FRN IS ON YOUR LICENSE. USE THAT NUMBER INSTEAD OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
What to bring:
Exam session fee $14 (Cash is king. Checks made out to Eric Heard)
Bring copy of license (if any) Note: an extra copy of the your license THIS IS NOT YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE. IF YOU HAVE AN AMATEUR RADIO LICENSE AND ARE UPGRADING BRING 2 COPIES OF THAT LICENSE.

Filled out NVEC Form 605 if you have it. I can provide an electronic
copy of the form if needed.
2 forms of ID YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE IS GOOD FORM OF IDENTIFICATION
Certificate of Successful Completion (CSCE) from qualified VEC (ARRL,
W5YI)
etc... (if any) YOU WILL GET A CSCE FROM A PREVIOUS EXAM SESSION THAT YOU TOOK. I.E TECH LAST WEEK AND WANT TO TAKE GENERAL THIS WEEK
Other element credit i.e. pre March 21, 1987 Technician License for General class element 3 credit (if any)
Pen for signature and forms/
pencil for marking the answer sheet, scratch paper.
