[SMCARA] Election of new SMCARA club officers

Thanks for the nomination, I am honored, but I must respectfully decline 
at this time.

Between professional and personal matters, I am quite busy and feel I 
could not devote the time/effort to the job, that you all deserve. Also 
I am getting into this "grandfather" business with one up in W2 land and 
the other in W4 land, I find myself spending a lot of time on I-95 and I-85!

I will continue to support the club and officers in other ways.
