IRLP /ECHOLINK node is back up with limited coverage. Maybe 3 to 5 miles from center of Rt 237. Freq. 449.490, simple Pl 146.2,IRLP  73 to disconnect, node number to connect. Echolink connect with * + node number, disconnect 73.
