[SMCARA] VP8STI problems

For those that may not have heard, VP8STI(South Sandwich Island) got hit 
with a pretty major storm.  The team lost two of the main tents, and 
several yagi antennas in the 70 mph winds. They worked through with the 
limited stations they had left and were looking at having to pack things 
in.  The storm has passed now, they have made repairs to tents and 
antennas, and will continue to work stations until tomorrow morning.  
The continued trip to South Georgia Island is still being assessed 
whether they will continue on, or come home.
