[SMCARA] Treasurer Election

SMCARA HAMS:

Two persons have been nominated for Treasurer:

Mr. Rene Ramirez, W3BNY and Mr. Julian Souders (Mike), KB3ZWM.

Both are members in good standing with the association and both have
accepted the nomination.

In the interests of expediency, we are going to vote via e-mail rather than
waiting for the next 
association meeting. 

At last count, we have 65 members in good standing (members who are current
on their dues).

Our constitution defines a quorum as a minimum of ten percent (10%) of
regular members and two (2) officers.  

To cast a vote for SMCARA Treasurer, send an e-mail to this e-mail
reflector. In the subject line of the e-mail,
type "Treasurer Election"

In the body of the e-mail type the First Name, Last Name and call sign of
the person you are voting for.

On a separate line, type your First Name, Last Name and call sign.

Please don't include any other verbiage in the e-mail.

I'll collect votes until Tuesday, January 13th at 0001 UTC.
