SMCARA Hams:

I have received two nominations for treasurer. 

Both persons are qualified for the positon.

Question:  Do you believe it is important enough to hold elections now, via
e-mail;
or should we wait until our next scheduled meeting (January 28th)?

In an effort to keep our mailboxes relatively empty, feel free to e-mail me

As some of you may have heard, KC3DIG is unable to fulfill his duties as
SMCARA treasurer.  

I am in the process of getting all of our affairs back to normal.  If you
have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at
N1LID at arrl.net.

The first step is to solicit nominations for a new treasurer.  

If you would like to nominate yourself or if you know of a member in good
standing please send me an e-mail.

I will call for a vote at our next meeting, January 28th at the Patuxent
River Aircraft museum.
