You also need a secretary, don't you? When are you going to get the stuff with the bank straightened out & complete the leadership turnover? It is a little awkward for us to still be getting the bank statements, considering we aren't even dues paying members. Your account is getting messed up without them, isn't it?
I know it must be difficult since your secretary got arrested but the elections have been over for a long time now & these issues should have been corrected right after.
