Ray Brown, KB3FWW, is holding the first in a series of training events
concerning 
Emergency Communications (ARES/RACES).  

This is intended for anyone interested in supporting Saint Mary's county
ARES and RACES.

It will be held this Thursday  2/11/2016 at 1900 at the aircraft museum.
