[SMCARA] 64 Net start time

Boz - I really hate to go outside tonight to check in when by my normal 
schedule, I would be settled into bed to work a few crosswords, reading the 
ARRL mag, study for my general.... If a motion or a second is needed, you 
have mine, move it to 1930.  KC3WJA  Jim in Saint Inigoes.
