I went forward on looking him up.  His name is Carlos Velazquez and he has a private aircraft radio license.

I guess he has the antenna for communicating with home when he is flying (I am an hour out honey, come pick me up at the usual place).  Or he has an aircraft radio at his home or moves it around.

Sorry Ren, I broke your rule of not to communicate a person’s personal info without their permission but it is all a matter of public record.
