[SMCARA] Scanner listening

Thanks for posting this Chris.... but

I just found out that I can't program the DNR freq into either the ID-5100
or the ID-51A+.  After putting in 156.08250 the programming software brings
up this error message, "This radio does not allow frequencies on 2.5khz
steps. Frequencies must be evenly divided by 5000 or 6250."  The marine
frequencies work as expected.

Bummer if you want to monitor them while on the water.  Of course, I may
not know how to get them in.
