1) Amateur Radio help is needed at the wounded warrior event at Sanner's Lake Sportsman club on Saturday, October 10, 2015 In Lexington Park. They need Radio comms directing parking, medical tent, club house, Shotgun, rifle, pistol, and archery ranges.   Wounded Warriors will be bused in from Ft. Belvior and Walter Reed. 2) TailgateFest Amateur Radio Testing. Is there a need for amateur radio licensing  testing at the TailgateFest? Most likely time about 1 pm or earlier depending on how the tailgate starts winding down. Is the back office available?

3) TailgateFest food My neighbor has a hot-dog and hamburger cart business. Is there any interest in having her bring the Hot-dog/Hamburger cart for lunch or  10 AM-12PM? Are you interested in buying a hamburger or hot-dog? Are there other plans for food?

4) Coffee I have coffee makers, carafes and could make morning coffee if needed.I know the club has a percolator Pot somewhere

5) Something else I forgot but will remember at the meeting.
