[SMCARA] Tuesday Night Net

Hello Jim,

We have been having a sensitivity issue with the repeater and the net 
has moved temporarily to the WA3UMY 443.05, no tone, +5Mhz offset until 
we can get 64 back up to snuff. Typically the NCS will start on 64 and 
then QSY to the 70cm machine.  It is located in Lex Park and has good 
coverage

What is happening on 64 is that a signal can bring  up ("kerchunk") the 
repeater, but the audio may be noisy or weak. Coverage is really lousy 
unless you are within a couple of miles of the Hermanville location. So 
don't make any changes to your setup as it is probably the repeater 
receiver.

We have a backup repeater that should be online shortly so that we can 
get back to 64 for the net.
