Here is the meeting agenda for September 24th:

1.	Tailgate raffle Items have been ordered.
2.	Tail Gate Fest status/Table reservations (Chris, KC3DIG) (10 Mins)
3.	146.64 Repeater status (Tom, W4OKW) (5 Mins)
4.	Discussion of club voting procedures
Here is the current verbiage:
"The By-Laws shall provide for regular and special meetings.  At all
meetings, a minimum of twenty percent (20%) of regular members 
and two (2) officers shall constitute a quorum.  No official business can be
transacted unless such a quorum is present."

Here is the proposed change:
"The By-Laws shall provide for regular and special meetings.  At all
meetings, a minimum of ten percent (10%) of regular members 
and two (2) officers shall constitute a quorum.  No official business can be
transacted unless such a quorum is present. 
Members may vote in person or by sending an e-mail to the association's
e-mail reflector prior to the start of the proceeding."

5.	Holiday Potluck dinner schedule planning (tentatively December
19th).
6.	Technician Training class (tentatively) in February
