I've had a smaller Masterbuilt smoker for a few years and have really enjoyed everything I've made in it.  Especially the ribs and pulled pork.  The one that's coming has an integrated temperature probe and although it is the same height,  it is much wider and deeper.  You can also add the wood chips from the outside, without opening the door.   I also ordered a rib rack and am looking forward to making ribs and smoked mac and cheese.   I'll also do some smoked bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers.  Yummy...

If anyone has been looking for a good smoker, QVC has a 30 inch Masterbuilt smoker with all the bells and whistles and a few extras tossed in as their special value of the day.  I saw this same smoker at Bass Pro shop for over $400 on Friday.  Mine is on order.
