Ren et All,

Here is what I know. I am in Kentucky until next weekend so I will not be
there tomorrow. Ken and Stacey are in the loop.

Equipment Needed: Handheld Transceivers with charged batteries. I believe
the net control station is taken care of. 
As for vests, I have no clue where we stand. I will try to get a feel for
that today.
Be sure to bring a water bottle / thermos. 

For those planning to be there for the 8am - 10am shift please plan to be
onsite at 7am to assist in setting up the net control station.

Again I thank all who are joining in especially being that I cannot be
there. Please have fun! 
Feel free to stick around for the free lunch and music that is being
supplied after the event.

Sorry for the shotgun blast but wanted to get this out first then dial it
down with the replies.  For the event tomorrow is there anything the group
needs? for example

-Directions/address (yes!)

-everyone have vests?  Anyone have extras?

-Do we need any light duty masts/external antennas?

You know, stuff that we as hams are famous for discovering the morning of
the event or in the parking lot...of the wrong place ><  Anyhoo, respond off
the list and we can finalize what else we need and see if we can fill it
before 0700 tomorrow.
