[SMCARA] Hurricane Joaquin support Fwd FYI

Just my thoughts here, but shouldn't we wait to be activated before we 
start throwing repeaters and simplex frequencies out there.  Seeing we 
do not active our selves, it is up to ARES, RACES, CERT, SKYWARN NWS, or 
FEMA to active us, and they would dictate the mode, freq. and 
procedures.  Us throwing out frequencies may just create confusion.

Tom, as for testing repeater coverage, that was supposed to happen Sat. 
with the Simulated Emergency Test (SET), but I am not sure that is going 
to happen this weekend.

Lets wait and give Ray a chance to see these emails, and reply with what 
they need us to do, it anything.  Other than that carry on, enjoy 
amateur radio, check out the Hurricane Nets on 40M and 20M, and prepare 
ourselves for what may be coming.
