[SMCARA] Radio Tower advice needed

 Hello All
This is (DE) WA2MFS in Lexington Park, MD.I acquired a tower (about 50' tower) from my neighbor that needs to be lowered and brought over to my property next door (about 75 ft move).  Any hams out there who could come over and take a look at it, I need help and advice on how to move this tower.
I am available most days after 3 p.m, and occasionally during the day or weekends
please call or email, your advice would be greatly appreciated, this tower needs to be moved soon as they are selling the property
