[SMCARA] 146.64 update

Good afternoon SMCARA Hams.

The 146.64 repeater has been updated with some temporary hardware.  The
sensitivity issue seems to have been fixed,
I was able to hold a QSO with KC3ERI in Piney Point while using his HT.

The 146.64 transmitter output power is about half of what we had previously
so it's range may be reduced.
You probably won't notice any difference.  

This is a temporary fix, we didn't want you to wait for the permanent
hardware fix.

What is the permanent fix you ask?

We have new hardware on hand, but the call sign programmed in it is
incorrect.  We are working to
Get it programmed with the correct information (call sign, et al).  It
should be fixed in the near future.
When it is corrected, we will test the configuration at Pete Butt's house
before installing it at the 
Hermanville site. 

In the interim, enjoy the 64 machine!
