[SMCARA] CQ WPX CW this weekend

Starting at 0000Z Saturday (8:00 PM Local on Friday) is a really fun
contest.  The CQ WPX CW contest is a world wide operation and uses callsign
prefixes as the multiplier.  Because it's a CW contest, even an entry level
station can be heard through the pile-ups.
