[SMCARA] Jamboree on the air

Jamboree on the Air 2015 has been announced as October 17/18/19. 
I know we are ramping up and thinking about Field Day. 
I hope that we can remember some of the lessons learned and apply them to
JOTA a few months later.
Just want to put a but in people's ear.

The camporee will be the same weekend and in the same field as two years
ago.
My thinking is that if we operate during the day, then maybe figure out a
way to use D-LINK or IRLP to talk to folks around the area.

Just a thought.
