With all the emails going around about Field Day I think this is the itenerary

St. Mary's County Amateur Radio Association Field Day
Saturday, June 27-28, 2015
Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department Bingo Hall.

"To work as many stations as possible on any and all amateur bands (excluding the 60, 30, 17, and 12-meter bands) and to learn to operate in abnormal situations in less than optimal conditions. Field Day is open to all amateurs in the areas covered by the ARRL/RAC Field Organizations and countries within IARU Region 2. DX stations residing in other regions may be contacted for credit, but are not eligible to submit entries."

Order Tent $400... Do we want a tent?
Bingo Hall at the Fire Department? Available?
If bingo hall is available, Shall we set up radios there and forget about tent. Lessons learned from last year...Its midnight an people went home. Radios got stored in Bingo Hall. Some on who wanted to work the 3 am shift needed access to the Bingo Hall to operate. Sunday morning shift was nill no radios...

Shall we create a schedule? Grave yard shift?  End everything at midnight and go home? Tents? RV?

Last year as I recall the laptops took a dump. Set up a trial run perhaps this year? Training on software would be good.

2 PM 1 Gentlemen and Women Start your radios

4 PM --6 PM 1st Amateur Radio Exam Session in the bingo hall

6 PM -- 8 PM Potluck dinner/ hamburgers/ hotdogs

8 PM -- 2nd Amateur Radio Exam Session in the bingo hall

Saturday 2 PM -- Sunday 10 AM general FD operating
