[SMCARA] Congratulations and Thanks!

Although I am on the Tennessee and Kentucky boarder I have received word
of a very successful examination session. I first offer my
congratulations to all of those who either received their first Amateur
Radio ticket or have obtained additional privileges by successfully
passing their upgrade exam. I look forward to hearing you all on the air
with your new calls and privileges when I get back.

I also want to thank all of those who took the time to help the students
by reviewing the material with them as an Instructor. I know it is a big
commitment and I and I am sure the students greatly appreciate it!!!! 

Now it is time to help these newly licensed and upgraded hams have some
fun!
