[SMCARA] Marathon Support

Hi All,

 

Just a reminder that the club repeater will be in use tomorrow morning
(Sunday, March 8th) from 7:00 AM to around Noon (or a little after) to
support the Lower Potomac River (Piney Point) Marathon.

 

We've got 10 Hams supporting 165+ runners (and many other volunteers).

 

Please limit your use of the repeater during these times - also, please feel
free to listen into the support.

 

If you'd like to help us out, show up at the Paul Hall center in Piney Point
at 6:30 AM and we'll find a place for you.  Lunch is provided and we'll try
to get you a Tee-Shirt.  An HT/Mobile radio with fully charged batteries and
pre-programmed with the K3HKI (Club) repeater is a nice to have, but if you
don't have one (Tech class students.), come anyway and we'll partner you up
with someone who does.
