[SMCARA] Field day tear down

AND, he enjoyed the dinner too!  Great example of what FD also represents.  New blood, there are enough of us OFs (speaking only for myself, of course!) around, so it is good to "kindle the flame".

Hi Grant,

That's great feedback from Arthur!  Several of us took turns helping him on the 20m station. There was only one workable station on the band at the time - a 5A in West Florida and there was quite a pileup. We tried and tried. I acted as control op and let him key up and make the call to get the station.  He did give quite an effort and stuck with it, and I believe through this effort it helped him understand something about how this all works. Sometimes that's better than a quick, easy contact. It is great to hear that this may have sparked something in him. That is really what it's all about!
