[SMCARA] WX part 2.

Ok all kidding and drama llama stuff aside now. My big concern is 115vac
distribution from the genset to the tent and the possibility of shock . We
all know how well electricity and water gets along so we MUST take every
precaution to prevent distribution cables from laying in water, isolating
connections and junctions and the genset panel dry. This imho is what is
going to be there waiting to bite us in very tender spots.
