The decision has been made. Both the President and a FL Coordinator have said that FD is to be 3 A from the tent & to bring tarps to rig for walls. Drop it. This is just ticking people off. Not a smart thing to do if you want any chance at winning an Election for President. You have to listen to your people, not rule them, unless you are shooting for an Obama like run. Most people don't like that.

We can still be 3A.   Read the rules.   The bingo hall is not a regular or permanent station location, and it is not a structure installed for permanently for FD.

Doesn't seem like there much else of a choice however if we set up in the bingo hall we cannot be 3 alpha anymore. Also with all the other stuff going on in the bingo hall testing food etc. It's gonna be real cramped. Plus we have tried it before the signals don't get out in th e bingo  hall we won't make many contacts if any at all. I know it's to late to cancel field day but this is really what we are facing. Plus the club wasted the money on the tent if we do the bingo hall. Idk where the club wants to stand on this but these are some things to think about. We may still be able to do outside
