Tom, 

Someone else made the same comment, soI read the rules.  From my interpretation,  and the rules are pretty clear, we should be able to operate class A from inside the bingo hall as it isn't a permanent station and has no structures permanently erected for FD use.  That said, it's a moot point as the decision to use the tent has been made and overwhelmingly approved.  

BTW,  I was just raising a flag concerning inclement weather.  I much prefer the tent, though it can get a little lonely at times.

I checked the forecast for this weekend and it appears that we can expect cooler temperatures with rain and thunderstorms.   I recommend that we forego the tent and setup in the bingo hall.  During any thunderstorms,  we should shut down operations until the storm has passed.  We'll need some 2x4s to lay across the roadway to protect any coax runs we have and can set the generators up behind the bingo hall.

Or we can just take our chances and put equipment and people in harm's way...
