[SMCARA] Plan B

I think we should check the weather when we show up for setup on Saturday morning,  and adjust accordingly.   I prefer working outside, for all the reasons previously stated, but not in heavy rains with winds, and certainly not in a thunderstorm.   Sprinkles are fine...

Personally,  I belive we should just accept that inclement weather is a possibility. If it occurs, we shut down, drink coffee in the bingo hall and discuss the P5 station that got away.  
When the weather clears,  resume normal operations. 
Attempting to move radios inside, reconnect antennas  (lighting rods) and reconfigure power connections is an onerous task. 
Just about the time we are up and running inside, it would be time to perform a keystone cops shuffle to shift back. 
That's my .02 cents worth.
