[SMCARA] Plan B

I don't put much stock in weathermen any more, 4 days out is barely a 
guess in my book. Unless we're sure of t-storms I'd rather setup 
outside, but I agree with Tom that we should have a Plan B. Something at 
least semi-coordinated. It may mean the difference between losing an 
antenna (or worse) or losing a lot of time on the air trying to figure 
out what to do with all of the gear once we stuff it indoors. Having an 
idea of where to put things (the back room Dan mentioned? with tables 
setup?) will save us a lot of tripping over each other *if* we have to 
move fast.
