[SMCARA] Field Day "Pot Luck" Dinner

The Saturday Field Day “Pot Luck” dinner will kick off at 6 PM in the bingo hall adjacent to the field day tent.  The club will provide drinks, utensils, fried chicken, grilled hamburgers & hot dogs as usual.  Everyone is also invited to bring items for sharing.  Suggestions include:


Meat dishes:- Meatballs

- Chicken salad

- Ham sandwiches

- Chicken (baked/dumplings) or Turkey

- Pulled beef or pork BBQ sandwiches

- Stuffed ham/baked ham, etc.

- Chili

- Meat pasta dishes



Side dishes:

- Potato salad

- Pasta salads

- Macaroni salad

- Baked beans

- Chips & dip

- Cheese balls

- Cole Slaw

- Deviled eggs

- Scalloped potatoes

- Sweet potatoes

- Parsley potatoes

- Rice dishes

- Vegetable trays (deli trays)

- Rolls & butter



Dessert dishes:

- Fruit trays or fruit dish

- Pies

- Cookies

- Cakes

- Cupcakes

- Brownies



Come join us at Field Day for fun, fellowship and “hands on” radio operating under the big tent!  Everyone is welcome & there will be plenty of Elmers in the crowd if Field Day is new to you.
