For those who can not get a gmail address because of the username length
requirement of at least 6 characters, might I suggest submitting
feedback to Google stating that many Amateur Radio Operators use gmail
to receive the custom email address with their callsign but due to the
username length restrictions some of us are not able to obtain those
custom addresses. Suggest that it would be easy to verify FCC licenses
using the FCC ULS database and ask if they might allow those whom can be
verified via the ULS database the ability to have a shorter username.

Just a thought. I just submitted mine.
