[SMCARA] Last Nights Net

I wanted to send out my apologies for my failure to run last nights 
Suitland Area Net.  I won't get into my excuse, because it doesn't 
matter.  I will however, make myself available for lashings from 
whomever feels I need them. Lol

I will make every effort to not let this happen in the future, and to be 
sure if I am not available that another Net Control Station is able to 
pick things up.

Since last night was the Simplex test night, it will be reschedule for 
this coming Sunday and I will be working on getting back to the Traffic 
handling training very soon.
