[SMCARA] Multi Faith Day to Serve - Serenity Farms - September 19th

There is a Multi-Faith day to serve event at Serenity Farms in Benedict
on September 19th. I have been put in charge of developing the
communications plan and leading the communications team.

Last year over 750 people show up to help and we had 20+ operators
around the farm providing communications between the work teams and
those managing the work team efforts. Based on the conference call I was
on last night this effort appears to be growing in size. Those
organizing the event are expecting between 800 and 1000 people to be
helping with the harvest and these will be broken up into 20 teams. We
will need at least this many communicators.

I am looking for communicators that would be willing to help out in
providing communications throughout the event (7am until noon). All that
is needed is a handheld radio maybe with a spare battery, a safety vest
so that you can be identified as a communicator and I highly recommend a
headset or headphones so that you can hear your radio over the ambient
noise.

Please let me know if you are available to assist. I am looking for at
least 25 licensed operators.
