[SMCARA] Special Meeting - July 18th 12pm - Vote to extend Audit Committee Deadline

As the current President of the St. Mary's County Amateur Radio
Association I hereby call a special meeting to be held July 18th 12pm at
the J.F. Taylor Conference Center next door to the Pax Air Museum. The
purpose of the meeting is to take a vote on extending the deadline for
the audit committee's report and making it due at the August 27th SMCARA
Meeting. 

Being recently informed of our membership numbers which include 105 paid
members we need at a minimum 21 in attendance to meet the 20%
requirement and at least two club officers. Of course all are welcome to
attend. 

I appreciate you patience in this matter as this is entirely an
oversight on my part. It is good that we perform audits and being an
audit hasn't been performed in the entire time that I have been in a
position of leadership in the club (about 4 years) and new baseline
needs to be established.
