[SMCARA] AUDIT Committee

All on URGENT!

Normally the audit committee would have 2 months to perform the audit and put together the report.  This year we have 10 days.

We need your help.

From the executive comments,  we need all financial records and receipts for major expenses.  We also need a list of all club owned equipment.   A copy of the last audit would go a long way to helping get this done.

From the membership,  we need individual lists of any club property you have in your possession.  

The audit committee will be meeting in the next day or so to compile all the information we have, figure out what else we need, and put together a report.

All,

I greatly appreciate the quick response to this and we have our three
volunteers for what I think is the first Audit Committee. The 2015
committee will be (in no particular order) Dave (W3DLQ), Tom (ND3N) and
Mike (KB3ZWM).

This is going to be an heroic effort to get this done in time for next
weeks meeting. So please try to help these individuals out as much as
you can if asked.
