Tom,
I was looking at the wrong day. We only needed the 9-11 shift to be covered for tonight. Dave Carlson and his daughter said they can take the 9-11 shift for tonight. You and Tammy will have company as Mike and Donna also said they can help tonight from 7-9pm.
Last year we were allowed to park in the back field without paying just by letting the people know we are there to help run the games.
Gene might be more of the authority on this. Once parked you check in at the rear of the bingo hall to receive the cash box and aprons for the hoopla toss. A volunteer should explain the came to you.
I will try to get more information out today.

Dan, Tammy and I are still on for tonight.  We’ll be taking separate cars and she’ll do the 7-9 shift with me, then I’ll stick around for the 9-11 shift.  I’m also available for any other shift you need filled.  This weekend is the IARU contest and I’d like to do some of it – next week is the NAQP-RTTY and I’d like to work that as well, but supporting the HVFD is a higher priority for me (please schedule me accordingly). What is the plan for volunteers?  Do we get in without paying for parking?  Should we be there 30 minutes early?  Do we wear our club colors?  Anything else we need to know before showing up?
