Happy Birthday Chris and Ken!
I use DX cluster / DX spots - dxwatch.com to set up a spot search.  Select the tab "dx spots", select "spot search" then enter the GB13COL call sign and you will receive when it was last reported.  As of 9:17 AM local he is on 14.329 but very weak.  Also there isn't a lot a traffic I'm hearing to reach him.  A lot of poeple cannot hear him.  He is barely moving my S meter past the noise floor.  Good luck making contact!

</div>Nope. I just can't get that GB13COL. I've chased them all over the bands 
and haven't heard them yet. But today's my birthday so maybe the spirit 
of Hiram will take pity on me and help me out!
