[SMCARA] 13 Colonies Special Event

Still no clean sweep for me. I had all but four in the first 3 hours 
yesterday but worked all afternoon before I got 2 more. K2M and GB13COL 
have eluded me so far. They were on this morning but I couldn't hear 
them (or anything else really) but maybe I'll catch them this evening.
