 I would like to hold a meeting to discuss details for the antenna
build
 contest. Tom Shelton has submitted a set of parameters and Joe
Moraski
 has a firm grasp on how to examine and test antennas. Spring is
coming
 so I would like to finalize the rules and procedures by the end of
 January so we can drum up interest Feb and build and test in March
and
 April. 
 I propose next Saturday the 17th at the museum. Museum opens at 10am
 unless we can get a key and permission to meet earlier. If you so
choose
 you can stick around to participate in the North American QSO Party
 Phone Edition.  
 If anyone is interested in meeting up and Saturday Jan 17th doesn't
work
 for you please propose a new date and time.
