I understand. I was thinking of the product specific tuners, like the IT-100 for the Icon radios. I imagine each manufacturer has a different set of codes to change modes and adjust the output power via the tuning jack. Unless it's an industry standard.

I beleive it does if you have the proper cable for it. But at the
time, I could not find or know if they make the proper cable to
interface between the 3000 and the AT-Pro100. But I guess if I select
tune properly and as Dan said use a mode where there is a carrier it
should do the tune. When I am playing with tuning I keep it at 5 to
10Watts not to do something stupid or burn anything up.
