[SMCARA] For Those Familier With FTdx-3000

You technically can tune it a full power but to be nice to your radio it
is good to limit it to 5 to 10 watts. Be sure to press the PTT prior to
releasing the tune button on the tuner and it should work for you. 

Also and I only mention it because you said this is a proII version
which if I am not mistaken can be switched between two antennas make
sure you are on the desired antenna. Usually accomplished by pressing
"Func" then "Ant" on the tuner.
