[SMCARA] For Those Familier With FTdx-3000

The LDG tuners require a minimum power level to start a tuning cycle
(usually only a couple watts) and they need that constant carrier to
continue the tune cycle otherwise it my indicate that rf power was lost
and go back to an idle state. 

Your radio should be in AM or CW where the carrier is not being
suppressed to make it work. SSB suppresses the carrier and unless you
are whistling into the mic to provide a constant drive it will not work.
