[SMCARA] Timonium Hamfest

I was FrostFest today and got to speak to the Treasurer of the Baltimore 
group that put the Timonium show together.  About the same story as the 
FARFEST one, the fairgrounds got greedy.  Timonum has a new board of 
directors now but we'll have to wait and see what happens on that part

The good news is that the Baltimore bunch is going to have a hamfest 
this year, on Father's day, at Arcadia VFD grounds Upperco MD.  Web page
