[SMCARA] Frostfest Go'ers Simplex freq.

Steve and all,  Since some here have used 147.420 simplex in the past I have no problem with that.  Lets make that freq. our local SoMD and Montross area calling freq.  
SO put 147.420 in your HT’s memory bank, and make sure your simplex!  See you all in Richmond.
