Kind of an OBTW, the Chuck County S. MD Digital Group has recently put a new APRS digipeater, W3SMD-1 up on 144.39.  Gives us better APRS coverage, "up the road".

They hold monthly meetings the first Friday of every month at the Charles County Rescue Squad, 2 Calvert St., La Plata, MD starting at 7:00 pm.

I'm planning to attend one of their meetings this winter; I encourage you do the same if your schedule permits.
