[SMCARA] Heard Island

Well, It's on mine:)

Heard Island is something like 1500 miles from South Africa and 1500 Miles from Perth, AU Below the 50 degree parallel In the Indian Ocean.Only one good day of weather a year.

Hope the DXpedition works out and I can make contact with Heard Island.

My first question was: Where is Heard Island.
With a little research I found out it was south of the French Southern
Arctic islands. I remember reading about those islands in some submarine
fiction novel. Woof!
I am all for adventures. Traveling to Heard Island is not on my bucket
list.
