[SMCARA] Equipment inventory

I thought I would bring you up to date on the SMCARA equipment inventory.

I traveled to Ground Electronics (located on NAS Patuxent River) August 14th
with Tom Clarke (W4OKW). 
Tom and I opened cabinets, boxes and drawers, locating and inventorying our
equipment. 

While the majority of our hardware is stored there, some of it is in other
locations. The inventory is ongoing. 
I'll add additional pictures as the inventory progresses.  

My end state goal is to have individual pictures of the hardware and a
written inventory available on our www site.
