[SMCARA] Tail Gate Fest coordinator

Good morning all,

As Boz said, I've volunteered to coordinate the tailgate fest but I 
can't do it all on my own. What I need help with first is information 
from anyone who helped with the event last year. I was a squeaky new ham 
and wasn't a part of the coordination or set up so I need to pick the 
brains of those who were. I need to know things like; points of contact, 
how many tables do we set up, what time do we set up the building, price 
we charged for tables indoors and outdoors, etc., etc.. And if you know 
that you can be there for set up or take down on the day of the event 
let me know, leaving it to one or two people at the last minute is no fun.
